A TV show is only as good as its main characters. Do the characters behave like normal people would under their circumstances? Do they mature through the seasons? Do they stay in character through the episodes (i.e. act like you'd expect them to act)? If the writers fail to address any of these points, characters become flat and bland. But so far Stargate's characters have been believable, have matured, and have stay in character (not counting a few exceptions). They're characters you can really love. And they are the ones this page is devoted to.

It also lists episodes in which the character plays the main, or one of the main, roles.
