SEASON/SEQUEL: This story was started before I saw 'Exodus', but I suppose it would take place *after* the events of the episode. The High Councillor, Garshaw, hasn't been seen since Season 2, 'Tok'ra I&II', but I brought her into it simply because I liked her better than the guy from D&C ;P
